  • Pool table moving, installation, and repair

  • Pool table and equipment rentals

  • Custom services (including felts and accessories)

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking

  • Remaining balances are due prior to or upon completion of service

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of service

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe

  • Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the service booked

  • McKinney Billiard Services reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Rental Terms

For all rental services:

  • Equipment must be used responsibly and for its intended purpose

  • The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period

  • Rental duration and pickup times must be followed as agreed

  • Additional fees may apply for late returns, damage, or cleaning

5. Property Access & Safety

  • Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the service area

  • McKinney Billiard Services is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • McKinney Billiard Services is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to property or equipment

    • Minor cosmetic changes that may occur during service

    • Delays caused by factors outside of our control

By using our services, you agree that we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
